Tracking and Confirmation for Court Deliveries

After you submit a Court Delivery order—whether a Courtesy Copy Delivery or an Other Court Delivery—you can track its progress and download proof of completion directly from your One Legal account.

This article explains how to view your order’s status, understand what each stage means, and access your confirmation of delivery.


How to Track a Court Delivery Order

  • Sign in to your One Legal account.
  • From the main menu, select Orders.
  • Locate your court delivery order in the list, or search by case details or order number.
  • Click the order number to open the Order Details page.
  • The Order Details page displays:
    • The current status of your delivery
    • The delivery type (Courtesy Copy Delivery or Other Court Delivery)
    • The delivery location and service level selected
    • Any messages or updates from One Legal

Understanding Court Delivery Statuses

Status Description
Received The order has been received and is being assigned to a court professional.
In Progress (In Transit to Court) The documents are en route to the courthouse for delivery.
Complete (Delivered) The delivery has been completed. A confirmation report is available.

Statuses update automatically as the order moves through each stage of delivery.


Delivery Confirmation and Proof

When the status shows Complete (Delivered), a Confirmation of Delivery Report becomes available on the Order Details page.

This report includes:

  • The date and time of delivery
  • The delivery location (court, department, or clerk’s window)
  • Any notes describing how or where the documents were delivered

How to Contact Support About a Delivery

If you have a question or need an update while your order is in progress:

  • Open the Order Details page.
  • Click Message Support in the right-hand panel.
  • Enter your question or additional instructions.
