You can track your serve at any time by viewing the Order Details page in your One Legal account. Here you’ll see:

• Date and time of each attempt
• Outcome of each attempt (e.g., “no answer,” “documents posted,” “person served”)
• Notes and supporting details uploaded by the server

Email Notifications

You’ll also receive emails at important milestones, such as:

• When the attempts are made
• When service is successfully completed
• When the affidavit of service (or non-service) is uploaded

How Real-Time Updates Work

Our process servers use the One Legal mobile app to log every attempt on the spot.

• Each entry immediately updates your order in One Legal
• Photos and GPS coordinates are included whenever possible
• This ensures the information you see is accurate, timely, and court-ready

Final Documentation

When the serve is complete, you’ll receive:

• A signed affidavit of service (or non-service)
• An Accountability Report summarizing all attempts, including times, notes, and supporting data
