For Civil cases:

• If a hearing is set within 48 hours of documents filed, litigant to provide hard copies of documents in court with the eFiling Transaction ID noted in the upper right-hand corner of the first page of the document.
• Exhibits to be considered via a Notice of Lodgment shall not be attached to the electronically filed Notice of Lodgment; instead, the submitting party must provide the assigned department with hard copies of the exhibits with a copy of the Notice of Lodgment that includes the eFiling Transaction ID# noted in the upper right-hand corner.
• For Construction Defect cases assigned to D62, refer to the department's Policies & Procedures on t he court's website for further details regarding courtesy copies.

For Family Law cases:

Hard copies of the filed documents delivered to the appropriate department are required only:

• When a hearing is set within 2 court days of the time documents are electronically filed 
• For exhibits as part of a Notice of Lodgment

For Probate cases:

• If exhibits are NOT attached to an eFiled Notice of Lodgment, litigant to provide hard copies of documents to the business office with a copy of the Notice of Lodgment that includes the eFiling Transaction ID noted in the upper right-hand corner upon confirmation that the document has been received by the court’s eFiling Unit. Note: It is preferred that a Notice of Lodgment not be eFiled and Local Rule 4.3.2.E be adhered to.

Instead, the Court will only email conformed copies if an email address is included on the documents
