Do I need to submit a courtesy copy?

According to Local Rule 10.27, printed courtesy copies (along with proof of electronic submission) must be provided on the same day of eFiling for:

  • Anything eFiled that is over 50 pages
  • All Motions for Summary Judgment/Summary Adjudication. This includes all supporting documents regardless of page number.
  • All anti-SLAPP Motions. This includes all supporting documents regardless of page number.
